We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt - usually the same day where possible. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail's 24hr parcel service or courier where parcels are heavier than 2kg.

These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit.
